Riviera is a condominium community located within the 1600 acres of the gated Silver Creek Valley Country Club.  Located in the south eastern foothills at the outskirts of San Jose, the community borders on 1,000 acres of oak covered and open grassy hillsides.  Set in a country setting with an abundance of wildlife, yet the community is only a 15-20 minute comment drive from the downtown areas of San Jose, and its extensive nightlife, sports centers, shopping and business.   The upscale Riviera condominiums are well-located along the 2nd and 11th fairways for golf course views as well as numerous elevated locations for long distance views over the Country Club.

The Riviera community itself was developed and built by renown builder Shea Homes between 1993 and 1997. The 168 homes of the Riviera Collection feature 5 floor plans.  There are two downstairs condominium floor plans with no steps. The DaVinci is the largest ground floor unit and features two bedrooms and a sun room in 1,793 square feet.

Silver Creek Valley is a valley and neighborhood of the Evergreen district of San Jose, California. Silver Creek Valley is largely an affluent bedroom community. The neighborhood is bordered on the east by the Diablo Range foothills. It is separated from the Edenvale and Santa Teresa by the Silver Creek Hills. The Silver Creek Open Space Preserve makes up a large portion of the Silver Creek Hills.
